The project was executed under the consultancy of Model Engineering Consultant, ensuring rigorous compliance with Dubai Municipality codes and international engineering standards. Developed by M/s Sohail Admani, Empire Residence represents quality residential development and Sescon Star's proven track record in high-rise MEP installations within JVC.
