The building comprises 2 Basement levels, a Ground floor, 10 typical floors, and a Roof level — delivering modern commercial and residential spaces within one of Dubai's most sought-after healthcare and wellness districts. Sescon Star Electromechanical Works LLC was entrusted with the complete MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineering scope, delivering fully integrated HVAC, electrical power distribution, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems engineered for optimal performance and regulatory compliance. The project was executed under the consultancy of Barajeel Engineering Consultant, ensuring adherence to DHCC and Dubai Municipality codes. Developed by M/AVQAA Properties, O Ten represents a landmark addition to the Dubai Healthcare City skyline.
