Sky Vista is a striking mixed-use tower situated in the prestigious Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), a thriving district known for its world-class medical facilities, commercial hubs, and premium residential living. The building comprises 2 Basement levels, a Ground floor, 10 residential/commercial floors, and a Roof level — delivering a total of 13+ levels of sophisticated urban living and workspace. Sescon Star Electromechanical Works LLC was entrusted with the complete MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineering scope, delivering fully integrated HVAC, electrical power distribution, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems designed for occupant comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. The project was executed under the consultancy of Aric Engineering Consultant, ensuring strict compliance with Dubai Municipality codes and international engineering standards. Developed by Mr Ahsan Rasheed, Sky Vista stands as a modern addition to DHCC's dynamic skyline and a showcase of Sescon Star's expertise in mid-rise MEP installations.
