Sescon Star Electromechanical Works LLC was awarded the complete MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineering scope, delivering fully integrated HVAC, electrical power distribution, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems designed for comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. The project was executed under the consultancy of Chawla Consultants, ensuring strict compliance with Dubai Municipality codes and international engineering standards. Developed by Aqua Properties, The Community stands as a testament to quality residential development and Sescon Star's expertise in high-rise MEP installations.
